Andy Stallone graduated from St. Johns University in 1978 with a B.A. in Political Science.

From 1978-1993 he was Vice-President of Stallones', Inc., based in Queens, New York, which he grew to a chain of 6 family style restaurants and an off-site catering business.   He was an original founder and Executive Vice President of Boca Beverage, a statewide beverage distribution company based in Boca Raton, Florida. He had been involved in the development and construction of each restaurant and warehouse facility for the distribution business. He has worked with Ed Ellman on various commercial projects since 1994, and became a full time partner in 2002.

Andy is involved in all aspects of each project, from initial site selection through project design, but concentrates his efforts on financing, marketing, sales and leasing. Additionally, he acts as the managing partner for each Limited Partnership entity. It is his past experience, as a businessman who owned various commercial properties, that allows him to fully understand the needs of their client base.
